The vast breadth of experience that can be deployed within your firm will include: financial analysis, planning and budgeting, controllership, valuation, business strategy, negotiations, project management, tax preparation, treasury, and investor relations experience.
Principal
John Bracchini, MBA, EA, CAA, CPB
John is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with unlimited rights to practice before the IRS. As an enrolled agent, John is a tax specialist with a federal license that gives him the right to represent any taxpayer in any state regarding federal tax matters. He is Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) and is a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) that can assist international taxpayers obtain and Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
He holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He also holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin as well as a degree in Accounting from Lone Star College - Montgomery where he completed the prerequisites for the Texas CPA examination.
John is also a Certified ProAdvisor and is proficient in the use of Intuit’s QuickBooks family of products. John has over 11 years of experience in high technology, energy, and health care.
